We are excited to launch our Summer Reading Challenge to help keep reading for pleasure alive over the summer holidays!The Summer Reading Challenge card can be found below.
- KS1 children can complete the 9-square challenge.
- KS2 children can complete the 25-square challenge.
Children can choose which books, magazines, comics or other reading materials they use as they complete the different reading activities over the summer. The aim is to enjoy reading in a variety of fun and engaging ways. 📸 We would love to see their reading adventures! Please send photographs via email to r.clarke@kennington.lancs.sch.uk showing your child completing some of the challenges throughout the summer.🏆 Prizes will be awarded in September for children who:
- Return a completed challenge sheet.
- Send photographs of themselves taking part in the challenge.
